I juiced Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday, we picked up our organic hog and since the meat was so fresh, I decided to enjoy some bacon and ham steak. The hog was alive on Tuesday, and on my plate Saturday. So fresh and delicious!

Sunday, I fell apart. Juiced for breakfast, then had peanut butter bacon sandwich, giant bowls of Panda Puffs with whole milk and later several cans of Blue Sky root beer, a GMO pepperoni and pineapple pizza and Sprite.

That binge looks like 5 pounds on the scale, because on Sunday morning I weighed 250. Back to juicing today.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
