Another morning of inconsistent scale reading but opted to go with the one realistic weight it displayed this morning. I also weigh myself at night and those readings usually are static so I can use those for a baseline for the am weigh in. I typically weigh about 1.5-2 lbs heavier in the pm.
225.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
