Thinking about trying to do a Leptin reset and I am choking down chicken for breakfast. About halfway through and each bite makes me nauseous, lol. I am just not a breakfast eater. It is amazing how I can stuff my face with something sugary like pancakes which is very bad and not something healthy, makes you wonder why people are fat, sugar is a DRUG! All forms of it from the "healthy cereal" to a slice of bread.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
