I'm so happy right now.

It has been several years since being below 500 lbs. The weigh-in is such a surprise since I enjoyed a couple of weeks with carb-filled family and friend celebrations.

I plan to continue this downward/lighter trend.

Aloha and have a fabulous day.
497.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Love how positive your posts always are. I'm doing okay although today all I wanted to do was stuff my mouth and pig out . I didn't ! I did have an ounce of potato chips just because I wanted them but in the past it would have been a large bag and probably would have added an entire box of cookies . Baby steps .
