Controlling the volume of food with one big high fat meal a day. That wipes out the appetite for the rest of the day- A cheesy omlette with 3 eggs, bacon, veggies and cheese. After that a few nibbles makes the day!

I don't think I'd be able to eat that much in one meal without pain ;-)

I would have to spread that meal out over the course of the day.

Good for you! I recently tried using crushed pork rinds to 'bread' chicken for the first time, and it rocks! I think I actually like them better than breadcrumbs.

Sounds excellent - if you keep the nibbles high fat it should keep your insulin levels nice and low! Good plan!.

Ms. K. - thanks for the tip! I'll try that. I bought some salmon, so maybe 'breaded' fried salmon. I'll just have to pick up some pork rinds.
