I'm gaining a bit of muscle from my exercise regiment and it's making my worthy go up a bit. I'm working to keep it at a minimum. Muscle replaces fat, I'm trying to be OK with this. I'm looking better, though. Lol.
134.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
