Yay, another little drop! Hopefully the rest of the water will drop soon. My car should be fixed tonight so until then I'm stuck at home. That's fine, maybe I can actually get some stuff done. Time to use my treadmill and do some training.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had a spoonful of Halo Top and now I'm good. Low carb, low calorie, not the best tasting but okay.
