Well first full workout on my program today and it killed me. Half way through I had to run to the toilet to vommit... I continued going after that. Body is not used to that workout so will take a couple sessions to get into it and not feel so bad. Must persist.
Also saw the the nutritionist today and pretty much told me what i already knew but was interesting as he was telling me I have to eat carbs in every meal, mostly after a big workout to help the body recover.

Ouch, that sounds pretty heavy duty? Is vomiting really worth it?

I know that vommiting is not a good thing but it is just because my body is not used to that kind of strain. After a couple full workouts it will stop. If not I will talk to the personal trainer and ask for advice
