Well, only down 6 oz. but I'll take it. I am going to stay under 20 again today & walk briskly for 45min w/5lb dumb-bells again.I ate 2-hard boiled eggs & 3 sausage patties with water for breakfast= 1.2 carbs
I am stuffed! I think for lunch I'll eat the rest of my chicken salad(0 carbs) & some pork rinds. I also made deviled eggs for a snack today.
253.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Sounds like you are doing good! The exercise will really help to show a loss plus, it's good for our health, LOL. Any loss is a good loss... that's what I think anyway!! Good For You! =D
