Maintaining as usual.I should be happy about that but I am not. Wish I could do more. I don't have the drive to exercise anymore, like I lost the mojo for it. Taking it day by day and eventually I will kick my butt hard enough to give me the jump start I need.

I have been eating like crap, I know. Eat the same thing my husband eats and he is a big eater, I just eat smaller portions of what he eats.

If I ate like him, I know for sure I would weigh at least 300lbs. I would get sick eating like him. He is a big guy himself but he is not weight conscience like me.

He will eat 4 hard boiled eggs and 4 large italian sausages for breakfast or 3 blueberry muffins for breakfast. I would eat 1 egg and 1/2 a sausage or 1 muffin. If I eat more than that I would get sick.

He will eat 2 heads of romaine lettuce for salad with whatever meat and cheese he adds to it.

He says he loses weight that way. He did lose 10lbs, but that was few months ago.

I will stick to what I do,portion control,it works for me.

215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
