Got an email from my boss that we'll do my pay review before end of day today. Wish me luck! Since I've been promoted rather against my will I'm asking for at least $2 an hour more and some other little things like being allowed to have my overtime back if they insist on my having to work weekends. I feel like I'm asking a lot - but I know I deserve it for the work I'm doing here and will be really pissed if he says no. Will write more later.

249.2 lb Lost so far: 54.8 lb. Still to go: 89.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Trying not to freak out. It looks like my manager put me off this long waiting for the owner of the company to come down for a visit. They're both here, been looking over my shoulder all day, and asking me to do a ton of stuff that usually takes days to do before this afternoon is out. I took a half hour lunch to try and get it in but seriously, wtheck.

So after all that nonsense. ALL OF THAT. The owner left, I've been told again it'll be later this week, and thats it. I am SO FRUSTRATED right now I could scream. They baked cookies again and I was good and went to my car and got an Atkins bar but GRRR!!! I will not indulge in self destruction because I'm mad at them. But I'm still so upset at their callous disregard.

Good for you and your self-control. It's a gift of the Spirit you know. I'm praying for you. I suggest you pray for your bosses too. It really does make a difference. I pray good blessings and good things for those who have influence over my husband. Puts then in the right spot in your heart. God will take care of the rest. AMEN!
