Steered away from my diet a lot this week, i really need to focus because I need big results and 2 lbs a week isn't enough. I'd prefer about 3-4 a week so that I can hit my goal weight before Greece this summer. I know it's a big task and that I'm aiming high but I have too. Hoping this week will run a little more smoothly.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

hey, saw your comment, so i figured i would write back here... i only used that food journal thing once... i think its pretty annoying and not worth the hassle :) but i write everything down now and yeah havent been going crazy with food. its a nice change of pace. my weakness is that cookie dough when i'm baking! but i try to chew gum instead. good luck to you as well this week!
