Curious to see what the scale does tomorrow - this morning it was all over the place so I figured I'd play it safe and just go with a half pound loss. First it was five pounds, then one pound, then two pounds then six pounds - lion and tigers and bears oh my!
227.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
