Good show last night, despite his obvious grief. His father died a week ago. Surprised by how late it ran so we didn't have dinner until 8:40. Still think my choices weren't that detrimental. Tonight at Movie Groups Oscar Party will be a whole other story. Usually I fast all day so I can save calories. I'm going to try eating instead so that I'm not hungry when I get there.
266.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 101.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
