Water Fast Day #2
so far so good...starting on a weekend my Fast did help a lot. I've been busy doing things so I get distracted from food. I'm not hungry for sure but I miss the comfort of a lovely meal. Oh well few days and I might think differently.

131.2 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
