Restaurant Food = sodium, regardless of how plain or few calories!
Sodium = water weight!

I should be happy it's Friday! Going to see Jeff Dunham tomorrow evening!
268.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you are right.....if someone else cooks it you can be sure of a gain..even tho it is low carb..... just how it is...
