Not feeling well. I can't eat much right now, and no workouts until this naseau and stomach cramping goes away. For now, just focusing on getting me better. I'm sick of this already.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
