Tis been four days now with average daily carb intake just below 60g and an average total calories around 1900.
My taste buds seem much more suited to a low carb diet than the low fat one. Yes I'm missing bread cream crackers and potatoes, but not as much as I would miss cheese and bacon.

0.85Kg away and six days away from losing a stone in a month ( I started three days before the beginning of Feb so it is really a fat month)
219.4 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
