It looks a bit exaggerated my weight gain....considering I had only raw fruits and vegetables in the past 2 days. It might be the gym?
132.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 18.5 lb a week
