UGH! IT'S DECEMBER! I HAVE BEEN ACTUALLY FAIRLY GOOD WITH MY WEIGHWATCHERS.COM......I GUESS NOT GOOD ENOUGH! GAINED THIS WEEK!

123.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 10.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.1 lb a week

Just keep following program. Could be where you are in your cycle even, alot of the frozen and processed foods are loaded with sodium. I'm sure you'll show a loss next weigh in!
