Two steps foreward - one step back. Even though I tracked well and stuck to IF this week and managed 3 good workouts. Also felt less exhausted this week so hope to include some treadmill time next week.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
