I have been steadily dieting since the end of September. I am feeling so tired of dieting. I need to get over that as I still have 100lbs that I want to lose.
253.8 lb Lost so far: 67.2 lb.    Still to go: 108.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 January 2012:
892 kcal Fat: 34.80g | Prot: 110.39g | Carb: 32.80g.   Breakfast: ON 100% Whey, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer. Lunch: Tilapia (Fish), Tomatoes, Onions, Cucumber (with Peel), Ranch Dressing, Boiled Egg, Mushrooms, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Spinach. Dinner: Kraft Reduced Fat Dressing - Light Raspberry Vinaigrette with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Half & Half Mix, Normandy blend (frozen vegetables), Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Prime Grade). Snacks/Other: ON 100% Whey. more...

I know exactly what you mean and I have only been doing it for 4 weeks! Look how much you have lost though, thats amazing - keep going and dont be too hard on yourself.

The one thing I have learned on this journey is that I will never be able to go back and eat like i did before. If yo want to keep the weight off, you will forever have to watch what you eat. It's just something we all have to come to terms with.But your are doing great. So keep at it.

Ditto! You have done soooo well. Keep going! You're doing a great job and you have the staying power to finish what you've started - you must have or you wouldn't have stuck at it this long! I used to be a paramedic and I'm now a nursing assistant in Cardiac HDU and Recovery, so I know it's a tough job to be doing while trying to diet - esp if you work shifts aswell, like I do. If you start to lose heart just get in touch and I'll try to encourage you onwards as best I can... Good luck and well done. :)
