Well shucks, weight is up again - grrr!!! But it's time to be honest about it at least. So, can I lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks? It's doable, at least in theory. We'll see....
150.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
