Yesterday I was sooo thirsty so I drank four 44 oz of water. Today I got up climbed my buddy the scale and he said NO CHANGE! So, two hours later I took a nap and upon waking peed... That scale!!!! He said you're down 1.4 lbs. I didn't believe it so I had hubs climb on, then I got back on. My scale smiled and said, I told you!!!

Yea!!! 💛❤💙 Not usual to lose anything but ounces so today is bonus!
223.8 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 9.8 lb a week

That's awesome! 👏🏼 I just joined the community. I am also trying to drink lots of water. It gets me so full, but I guess that helps.

LOL. That is both funny and interesting. 1.4pds of waters sounds like a lot of water.

fresh water weighs 8.3 pounds per gallon. Urine would weigh somewhere around 8.5 to 8.6 depending on the amount of salts in it.

That's a little over 2 1/2 cups if it all came from taking a whiz. No wonder you woke up from your nap. :O You can loose weight while you're sleeping. I always weigh less when I get up than when I go to bed.
