I'm below my set goal weight today. I would like to stay below my set goal weight more days a week. I need a little more buffer for daily fluctuations...
153.9 lb Lost so far: 31.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

2256 kcal Fat: 90.81g | Prot: 94.84g | Carb: 269.19g.   Breakfast: Quaker Simply Granola, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Wegmans Bran Flakes, Boiled Egg. Lunch: Crab Imperial, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Fresh Express Chopped Kit Sweet Kale Salad, Pillsbury Frozen Grands Buttermilk Biscuits, Mahatma Jasmine Rice, Gumbo with Rice (New Orleans Type with Shellfish, Pork or Poultry, Tomatoes, Okra, Rice). Snacks/Other: Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Toll House Ultimates Chocolate Chip Lovers. more...
