I have been busy going and going all week. It has been pretty pleasant for the most part. I really don't need to lose any more weight, I just want to stay the same. The scale jumps up and down and I choose to weigh less often so I don't feel remorse when I eat something not on my plan. I do watch what I eat for the most part. Weekends are always a challenge!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Weekend are a challenge to me too mostly because I have my grandchildren and sometimes forget to eat right and keep track of the foods I do eat.
