Only went jogging two times this week and had a few cheat meals... was a little scared to try the scale tonight but I was pleasantly surprised to see I was down two pounds :)
238.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 3.5 lb a week
