Haven't made it to gym all week and I feel terrible!

Had dinner out lastnight....but contained myself by having grilled calarami...but still dessert!!! I can't help it!!

Definitely gymming this evening!!!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
