What is wrong with me? I get on the scales and instead of grabbing the brass ring or doing a jig I want to argue with an inanimate object. I've not seen the 260's in years. I should be ecstatic! Send me some good vibes FS buddies, I could really use them.

I hear ya!! I have to remind myself as well that the scale only tells weight at the current spot in time. It doesn't tell us about the inches we've lost, the clothes that fit better or the way we feel by eating better. Celebrate everything, rather than focusing on lack thereof.

Weighing too often can be frustrating. Maybe go for one time a week? Or GOOGLE and article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" to better understand fluctuation! GREAT LOSS today!

Hey, a 4 lb weight loss is ALWAYS a good thing!

It can be hard to accept when our weight gets to a place we haven't been in a while. As JJ Virgin says, "We become our tolerations." In other words if we tolerate being a certain way, living a certain way we become that way. When the fact based evidence shows up on the scale saying "hey you aren't that person" it can be rather jarring. After a few regular weigh ins that read in the 260's that will just become the norm and acceptable fact. You are doing great.

Careful. When I am in that space, I can ditch the diet and then gain. It's like your brain gives your body some kind of negative signal! Nice loss!!
