Well darn! My own fault. Refined carbs are EVIL and I ate them. Back on the straight and narrow for me.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Ha April! It's a biblical quote - wide and broad is the path to destruction, strait and narrow the path to redemption (to paraphrase wildly). I do like the small size better though! It's a pound Rhontique, you'll put paid to that soon enough!
