Hello hello there! It's been forever since I've been on here. As you can see I've put on some weight since my last entry in September or October. I haven't been tracking calories but I am still tracking my sugars. My blood sugar is evened out and is having consistent and in range readings.
My other doctor has moved and now I'm seeing a new doctor. He is in endocrinologist who specializes in diabetes and says that I am not diabetic but I am glucose intolerant. When I see him next we're going to work out a new meal plan idea to help me eat according to what's best for me. I think all in all I'm not doing too badly.
I've also started taking horse riding lessons and am trying to get a job as a nursing assistant.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I am insulin resistant, and need to see an Endocrinologist, as I have stretched the boundaries of my primary care doc. HFLC diet has brought my A1 C down to high normal without any insulin therapy. Need to bring it down further for my brain cancer therapy. Interested in hearing further how you do with the Endo doc
