Well, I can honestly say that these past few months I have not followed a healthy lifestyle. I have been walking daily, but not following a healthy diet. Time for change starting today!!!!
164.6 lb Lost so far: 72.2 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
