I'm ending my bone broth fast today, I don't feel I gained any benefit on doing it....apart from staying away to junk food. But that could have been achieved even better with a Water Fast anyway.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
