I lost good the first week. Haven't cheated at all and I have gained .4. I am not going to stress over that. I can already tell that my pants are fitting better. Not a big difference but I didn't expect to so new to starting.
219.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 84.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 0.7 lb a week
