So, another big swing down in my day-day weight. around 4 pounds?
The two factors seem to be sleep duration and macro proportions. Yesterday afternoon through this morning I slept at least 14 hours. And yesterday's meals were nearly split between fat and protein with only a few grams of carbs.

My guess is that the amount of sleep a while my hormones to work properly and metabolize. This metabolization was aided by a near stoppage of carb intake. Whatever.

I also was able to face time with my son yesterday morning, which was a great boost, and also talk with my wife in which was both very stressful, yet, helpful as she seem to be more on board with this crazy situation I find myself in now. Later in the day, after I had texted her several terse, matter-of-fact style messages regarding her legal and financial obligations, we FaceTimed and settled on using cloud documents to flush out the agreements regarding completing and concluding the house rental project that is consuming my life and keeping me away from my son, (only 2186 miles away by the way).

So, I had gotten very worked up and my pain level increased to the point where I needed to take pain relievers and other therapies, which probably helped me sleep. And, I think during the sleep I realize that the cloud document agreements, was leading me back to where I felt I had more control, Or maybe it was that I was no longer falling backwards out of control. Maybe it is helping her too. I also suspect she consulted with a lawyer, and is now facing the reality: that because she is committed to working in LA, the simple economics dictate that we have to live together in the same domicile.(yeah, this ain't my first rodeo, friends).

Anyway the point is, I am hopeful that life for all of us, will be easier, and I will be more able to complete this goal, and get my ass back to LA to be with my son. Whom, By the way is exhibiting yet more psychological manifestations of stress. He needs his dad with him!

Staying on the path, even includes walking or running backwards.

Today I make a step forward!
217.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
