Bone Broth Fast Day #4
I'm really not seeing any great result with this fast, I'm planning on doing today only...or until I finish the broth that I bought yesterday.
Bone broth magic liquid gold? If you ask me it's just a chicken soup.
131.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Watch out for the high sodium in your broth ... maybe that's why !!!

I'm not sure if bone broth is supposed to be good for weight loss, but I've heard it has a lot of valuable nutrients in it for things like bone health. Weight loss is all about trial and error sometimes, it seems, so good for you on trying some new things to see how they work out! :)
