Man, I HATE being sick - interferes with both diet & exercise, grrr! Exercise because I just can't do it, and diet because all I want is comfort food (okay, that's more of an attitude problem, LOL!). Anyway, Feb. 1st and I'm weighing in at 148.5, which looks to be about 2 1/2 lbs lost in January. Not bad but not terrific, either. Here's hoping to do better in February. My goal is to track every day for the entire month (it's a short month, LOL!), get back to some meal planning & maybe a little prepping, we'll see. The daughter is still with us, which means grandkids every other week, so somehow gotta take THAT into consideration as well. Oh, did I mention she's a vegetarian? Yep, this is going to be REAL interesting. Oh yeah, my fitness goal for February is to make it to the gym 5 days a week, keep running & start some lifting. The daughter & I signed up for a 5k run March 4 (her very first, and possibly LAST, 5k), so training for that, plus I may sign up for 1 or 2 more in March, maybe.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
