Well, that's rather surprising. I fell off the wagon about three months ago. I just get to a point where I can't stand calorie counting anymore (I've done this before). I know I gained back three or four pounds just from eating poorly for a little while. But apparently I've been unconsciously eating moderately since then because I've lost the weight I gained back and I'm now a pound under my last weigh in from back in October. Wasn't even trying...yay! Not exactly rapid progress, but at least it was in the right direction.
Now to exercise like a normal person...
