I am not sure if his is a result of the last week - or if the weight gain was just water weight and food that wasn't processed yet - but I am not complaining.
A great 45min HITT this morning - excited to get Fit again.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
