Like i predicted, after such a spectacular weightloss, i gained a little back... i always do, no matter how well i stick to the programm...
yesterday i complained that i was 95-something kilo for such a short time, that i didn't have the time to enjoy that new eight, wel today i got what i asked for. 95.2 So i get to enjoy being 95 after all.

Not so much an enjoyment after i already weighed 94.8 (*lol*)

be carefull what you ask for! You might get it!!!

LOL, I feel you on this. Whenever the progress speeds up, it'll slow you down right after. My guess is that during those times we lose fat but maybe also get dehydrated. Then, after a day or two we are re-hydrated (is that a real word?), and will "gain" a little back. It's just the nature of the game. I see it constantly. And, of course, congrats on the 95!
