I've been struggling with eating more than I should! Basic, huh?! Undermotivated; perhaps due to under-exercised. Need to pick it up in general.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 80.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

pick a meal that you can miss without thinking (normally snacks) and start with that then adjust to 3 meals a day without cheat then maybe 2 good ones a day. then your body will adjust to it.
