I'm looking for a resource. My husband stumbled across microgreens so I'm doing research. However I'm having a hard time finding the simplest thing........I would like to see a chart of serving sizes and nutritional facts. Links would be greatly appreciated.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
