WendyCav's Journal, 20 January 2012

Well today was a long one. I drove over 6 hours today to Chino Valley, AZ and back and I am TIRED! It was for a good reason, I went to pick up my fresh pork and beef from the meat processing company! I love the meats I raise here on the ranch! Now I will be eating lots of good grass fed, ranch raised beef and pork! I can't wait to make breakfast in the morning.....fresh eggs and FRESH BACON!

Wow...How cool is that?! Not sure that I have EVER eaten a meat product that was not processed in some huge factory and let me confess to being a huge carnivore. I have never visited your state but I hear it is beautiful, so driving that long must have been a pleasure. I wish you the best of luck in your weight loss journey. I have been on mine since June 1, 2011 but only found this website in mid-September. It has been a lifesaver in terms of getting control over my calorie/carb intake. Hoe you have a great week!
