That seems to be a small loss 😀 Still not a new low, though! The scales actually said 140 this morning, but I'm anticipating that there will be water gains later in the week, as I have two meals out coming up, so I've put in 140.5. One of the meals is a Burns night supper on Wednesday, with haggis, neeps and tatties (my spell-checker just came up with 'jeeps and fatties'😂), and compulsory whisky. I'm not a whisky drinker these days, though I used to like it, but will do my best 😉

And it's not raining today, hooray! It's going to be back on Friday, though, apparently, for another 3-4 day stint 😞
140.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it made me giggle again 😁 I'm quite often tempted to leave the words it suggests just for a laugh, but it would often be complete gobbledegook! Maybe when I get below my previous low (139.8, not far now), and am convinced that the water is out of the picture, I'll start recording new lows. But I am mostly interested in getting an accurate estimate of output calories from FS, since I don't have a fitbit, hence trying to enter a 'typical' weight for the week. I'm probably just being finicky. In fact let's just say I AM being finicky, lol!
