Home safe and sound yesterday. Roast chicken dinner today and a pint of Old Rosie for being a good girl coming home from holiday and still loosing weight.
148.9 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
