I don't know if this is an adjustment or a loss, ha ha! I'm changing it because weight was down a little this morning, and I want the output calories to be right. I think it's just another water fluctuation, in reality, due to reducing my input calories and a lower salt intake yesterday! I'm looking forward to the day when I can at last record a real loss!
141.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@I will win: Hi, and thanks for your comment! I'm a very persistent person, actually! However there are times when I realise that I might have bitten off more than I can chew, and I hate feeling that I've failed, so I think my 'if I can do it' was a get-out clause, but to be used in a positive way 😀 I never fail, but I might change my objectives from time to time 😎 When I last updated my bio in September, I wasn't even entirely sure that 135 was the right number for me. More than anything, I want to feel comfortable at maintenance. As it happens, I changed my goal weight up a couple of pounds, literally two pounds, to encourage myself to slow down! And have now increased calories to try and achieve a really slow loss over the next year. For a long time, I didn't have any idea what my 'goal' weight should be. Now, I'm pretty happy where I am. If I can easily get a little lower AND comfortably maintain that, I'll be just slightly happier. So, in short, I'm happy with my 'if'! I should really have said something more like 'if I can comfortably do it, and find that that is a good number for me', but FS does limit how long your bio can be, and I probably just ran out of space. However I do need to change my bio, as I've now moved on from there! Thanks for the encouragement and positive vibes anyway!

Error Alert !!!! Line 13:- delet "if I can" insert "when I do it" .....You just can't argue with this as you have said in line 4 that you never fail so why the IF as an "IF" suggests you may not do it !!!! and you know and I know and all FS members know YOU WILL DO IT.

Thank you for the change much better that terrible word is no longer there. I am also taking Statins and I also have flat feet but above all I have a big backside and I am disabled so unable to exercise so I need to have a plan to keep the weight down and a plan I have which does not include the word “IF” that was replaced with the word “WHEN”. United we stand, divided we fall, I am with you all the way go…go…go we will win !!!!!

Heidi - I think you should change your profile pic to the new one you put in our challenge. You look slimmer in the new one 🙂. Why are you still on statins? Do you really need them now you've lost all the weight? Have you had your bloods checked recently?

Doobs, yes, still on statins, but a reduced dose. I've been meaning to change my picture, and finally got round to it. Thanks for the nice compliment! I am about 8lbs less than I was in the old picture 😀
