Well, weigh in day is finally here. So funny that I keep telling myself 1-2 lbs. a week is good, but I'm a little discouraged when I don't see a huge drop every time I get on the scale. My 1,500 calorie diet has really been between 1,200 to 1,300 most days so that is a nice accomplishment. I really need to step up the exercise in the next weeks to ensure the progress continues. I have lost 6.4 lbs. since Jan 1st. When I think of that as a giant lump of fat, I am happy it is gone. Sun is out, have a great day!
