I did really well until by birthday rolled around on Saturday. I was actually down 3 pounds, but now I'm back up 2. I'm back on track now. No more using my birthday as an excuse....LOL
203.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The weight can fluctuate 3-4 pounds from 1 day to another. I would not be concerned with it. Also weighing yourself every day will have most likely demotivating effect as it does not go down that quick. It's like watching the grass grow.
