39lbs since August 2016. IT CAN BE DONE!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@jaroslavkral - minimal exercise. Light stretching (I pretend it's yoga) a few times a week. I've got a step monitor, I rarely go over 3k steps a day.
