I know you aren't supposed to weigh in until you reach the two week mark, but I had to know this morning. I guess old habits die hard. I was so excited when I stepped on the scale to find out I was down 3 pounds! I am going to start the exercise program today, so hopefully it will kick my metabolism into high gear.
My husband is following the diet as well, mostly to build muscle, and we have been trying the recipes in the book, and I have to say that so far we are enjoying the shift.
